HOUSE RULES – VENTA 

1. Kapasitas Tamu

  • Kapasitas maksimal cabin adalah 2 orang dewasa.

  • Penambahan tamu hanya diperbolehkan untuk anak-anak di bawah 10 tahun.

  • Tamu tambahan di luar ketentuan akan dikenakan extra charge.

  • Hewan peliharaan diperbolehkan dengan biaya tambahan (extra charge).

  • Proses headcount dilakukan saat check-in.

2. Fasilitas & Amenities

  • Amenities yang disediakan hanya:

    • Handuk

    • Sabun

    • Shampoo

  • Harap membawa perlengkapan pribadi tambahan sesuai kebutuhan masing-masing.

  • Cabin tidak menyediakan genset.

  • Apabila terjadi pemadaman listrik, tim kami akan segera menghubungi pihak PLN untuk penanganan secepatnya.

  • Terima kasih atas pengertiannya.

3. Sound System & Jam Malam

  • Tidak tersedia fasilitas karaoke.

  • Cabin hanya menyediakan sound system.

  • Jam malam pukul 23.00 WIB.

  • Setelah pukul 23.00 WIB tidak diperkenankan membuat keributan yang mengganggu lingkungan sekitar.

4. Dapur & Area Masak

  • Tidak tersedia dapur.

  • Tidak diperbolehkan memasak di dalam area cabin.

  • Tidak diperbolehkan membawa kompor portable, alat masak tambahan, atau membuat api di area cabin.

5. Kolam Renang (Jika Ada)

  • Kolam renang bersifat private.

  • Kedalaman kolam ±1,2 meter (terdalam) dan ±40 cm (terendah).

  • Anak-anak wajib dalam pengawasan orang dewasa setiap saat.

  • Tidak tersedia lifeguard.

6. Hewan Peliharaan

  • Diperbolehkan dengan extra charge.

  • Wajib dijaga kebersihannya.

  • Tidak diperkenankan merusak properti.

  • Kerusakan akibat hewan menjadi tanggung jawab pemilik.

7. Furnitur & Properti

  • Semua furnitur bersifat permanen dan tidak diperbolehkan dipindahkan.

  • Kerusakan akibat kelalaian tamu akan dikenakan biaya penggantian sesuai nilai kerusakan.

8. Hal yang Dilarang

  • Dilarang membawa atau menggunakan narkoba dalam bentuk apa pun.

  • Dilarang membawa senjata tajam atau senjata api.

  • Dilarang membuat pesta berlebihan yang mengganggu lingkungan.

  • Tidak diperkenankan membuat api unggun atau aktivitas berisiko kebakaran.

9. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: pukul 14.00 WIB

  • Check-out: pukul 11.00 WIB

  • Keterlambatan check-out tanpa konfirmasi akan dikenakan biaya tambahan.

10. Kebersihan

  • Mohon menjaga kebersihan cabin selama menginap.

  • Sampah harap dibuang ke tempat sampah yang tersedia.

  • Jika tempat sampah penuh, silakan hubungi housekeeper untuk pengambilan.

  • Tidak diperkenankan membuang sampah sembarangan

1. Guest Capacity

  • The maximum capacity of the cabin is 2 adults.

  • Additional guests are only permitted for children under 10 years old.

  • Any additional guest outside this policy will be subject to an extra charge.

  • Pets are allowed with an additional fee.

  • A headcount will be conducted upon check-in.

2. Facilities & Amenities

  • Amenities provided include:

    • Towels

    • Soap

    • Shampoo

  • Guests are encouraged to bring any additional personal necessities.

  • The cabin does not provide a generator.

  • In the event of a power outage, our team will promptly contact the local electricity provider for assistance.

  • We appreciate your understanding.

3. Sound System & Quiet Hours

  • Karaoke facilities are not available.

  • The cabin provides a sound system only.

  • Quiet hours begin at 11:00 PM.

  • After 11:00 PM, noise that may disturb the surrounding environment is strictly prohibited.

4. Kitchen & Cooking Policy

  • No kitchen is available.

  • Cooking inside the cabin is strictly prohibited.

  • Portable stoves, cooking equipment, or any open flames are not allowed within the cabin area.

5. Swimming Pool (If Available)

  • The swimming pool is private.

  • Pool depth ranges from approximately 40 cm (shallow end) to 1.2 meters (deep end).

  • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

  • There is no lifeguard on duty.

6. Pets

  • Pets are allowed with an additional charge.

  • Pet owners are responsible for maintaining cleanliness.

  • Any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.

7. Furniture & Property

  • All furniture is fixed and may not be moved.

  • Any damage caused by negligence will be charged based on the value of the damage.

8. Prohibited Activities

  • Illegal drugs of any kind are strictly prohibited.

  • Weapons, including firearms and sharp weapons, are not allowed.

  • Excessive parties or disturbances are not permitted.

  • Open fires or unsafe activities that may cause fire hazards are strictly prohibited.

9. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: 2:00 PM

  • Check-out: 11:00 AM

  • Late check-out without prior approval will incur additional charges.

10. Cleanliness

  • Please maintain cleanliness throughout your stay.

  • Dispose of trash in the designated bins.

  • If the trash bin is full, please contact the housekeeper for assistance.

  • Littering is strictly prohibited.
